Prepayment
You may prepay this loan in full or in part at any time by going to Lender's website (www.loanshack.com) and completing and signing the Early Payment Request. The Finance Charge for this loan will be deemed fully earned as of the date of this loan. If you prepay this loan, you will not be entitled to any return or refund of the Finance Charge in connection with any such prepayment, unless you rescind this loan as set forth above. No additional charges will be imposed for prepayment. Any partial payment will applied first to fees, then to Finance Charges, and then to principal.
Colorado Payday Loan Renewals
This loan may be renewed only upon your request. You may renew this loan for such length of time as Lender deems appropriate. A loan may not be renewed more than one (1) time. In order to renew the loan, you must request a renewal and pay any outstanding Finance Charges and fees and at least twenty percent (20%) of the principal sum of the loan. The renewal will be subject to a Finance Charge in accordance with Lender's fee schedule.
Renewal requests must be received by 4:00 PM Mountain Time the business day before your payday loan is due.
When your renewal loan becomes due, we will electronically deduct the payday loan amount and the fee from your bank account.
The total duration of the payday loan, may not exceed 40 days from the origination date.
