Q - What if I have bad credit or filed bankruptcy?

A - We look at every application on an individual basis. Unlike many other financial institutions, we do not require that you have perfect credit in order to get a cash advance. If you have any questions about qualifying for a payday loan please contact us.

Q - When will the money be in my bank account?

A - If your application is approved before 4PM Central Standard Time on a banking day, we will transfer the money to your bank overnight, and the funds should be posted to your account the next banking day. The exact availability of the funds is subject to your bank's processing schedules and policies.

Q - How do I pay the loan back?

A - Just as with receiving the cash advance funds, the process is automatic and convenient. An electronic withdrawal will be made from your account on the loan's due date via an ACH transaction.

Q - What if I cannot pay the amount owed by the due date?

A - Log into the Member Area to request a loan renewal. The amount of your payment will be the fee plus 20% (or more if you choose) of your principal balance. All requests must be made by 4:00PM Central Time one (1) business day prior to your scheduled due date. Requests made after the deadline will not be processed, and your full loan amount will be debited from your account.

* NOTE: Renewals are not available in all states.

Q - Why do I have to pay extra on the principal if I renew my loan?

A - Payday loans or cash advances are designed to be short term loans to meet an immediate need. Unfortunately a dependence on renewals moves a customer into a long term situation which is not in their best financial interest. We are committed to dealing with customers with honesty and integrity and do not wish to take advantage of anyone or to allow them to abuse a system to their own harm.

Q - How do I make a partial payment?

A - You may enter the Member Area of the website and click on "Make Payment" at any time during your payday loan to make a partial payment in increments of at least $5.00. Any monies paid will go first to earned fees and interest, and any remaining amount will go toward the principal balance. Making a partial payment will not change your regular due date, and you will not incur additional fees for doing so.

Q - Can I have more than one loan at a time?

A - No. We only allow one loan per household or bank account at a time. You must wait at least 2 banking days after paying off a loan before applying for a new loan.

Q - What if I change my mind and don't want the loan after it's been approved?

A - You may rescind your payday loan up until 5:00 PM CST the next business day after approval. Simply call 866-797-4225 to speak to a representative. We will debit the dollar amount advanced from your bank account, and provided the funds are paid by your bank, there are no fees for you. If the debit is returned unpaid by your bank, the contract still stands, and you are responsible for the loan and the fees.

Q - Do I need access to a fax machine?

A - We do require a recent 30 day bank statement along with a recent pay stub to process your loan request. These items can either be faxed in or emailed to us. Processing of your application does not begin until these documents are received, so it is imperative that you get them to us as soon as possible, allowing us to release funds to your bank account on the same day.
