South Dakota Payday Loan Renewals

This loan may be renewed only upon your request. You may renew this loan for such length of time as Lender deems appropriate. A loan may not be renewed more than four (4) times. In order to renew the loan, you must request a renewal and pay any outstanding Finance Charges and fees and at least twenty percent (20%) of the principal sum of the loan. The renewal will be subject to a Finance Charge in accordance with Lender's fee schedule.

Payday loan renewal requests must be received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time 2 business days before your payday loan is due.

When your renewal loan becomes due, we will electronically deduct the payday loan amount and the fee from your bank account.
