Utah Payday Loan Amounts

In Utah, the minimum loan amount we lend is $200.00, and the maximum is $500.00. Based on your income and other factors, loan limits will be determined on an individual basis.

Utah Payday Loan Cost

The cost of our payday loans in Utah, is $20.00 per $100.00 borrowed. The Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") will vary depending on the length of your loan (see table below).

Prepayment

You may prepay the unpaid balance of this loan in full, or make partial payments in increments of at least $5.00 on the principal owed on the loan, at any time prior to maturity without incurring additional charges above the charges provided for in this Note. Utah Payday Loan Renewal

Our payday loans may be renewed only upon your request. You may renew this loan for such length of time as Lender deems appropriate. A loan may not be renewed more than four (4) times. Further, a loan may not be renewed if such renewal would require you to pay the loan amount, in whole or in part, more than twelve (12) weeks after the date the Note was executed. In order to renew the loan, you must request a renewal and pay any outstanding Finance Charges and fees and at least twenty percent (20%) of the principal sum of the loan. The renewal loan will be subject to a Finance Charge in accordance with Lender's fee schedule.

Renewal requests must be received by 3:00 PM Mountain Time 2 business days before your payday loan is due.

When your renewed loan becomes due, we will electronically deduct the loan amount and the fee from your bank account.

The total duration of the loan, including renewals, may not exceed 12 weeks from the origination date.
